Starting Point
The existing platform lacked the structure, usability and visual quality required for ridefy’s premium service model. Its workflows needed to be reconsidered to better support providers, drivers and clients.

Project Outcome
The platform was restructured around ridefy’s actual workflows, replacing a confusing product with a clearer system for managing fleets, drivers, bookings and customers.

Business and private rides were separated throughout the experience while remaining accessible from the same account, making each booking type clear without adding unnecessary complexity.

The new product architecture provides a flexible foundation that can support additional services such as courier deliveries, tours and other mobility-based offerings.

Key Features
Three core features connect premium booking experiences, efficient operations and a platform ready for growth.

Separate booking modes within one account.

Unified design across every application.

Flexible foundation for expanding mobility services.
Project Impact
ridefy now has a digital platform designed around its business, users and long-term growth. Centralized fleet, driver, ride and customer management reduces administrative effort and gives chauffeur providers greater control over daily operations.
